Parenting a Family
Have you ever wondered or debated with your spouse, family, friends or teen what parenting techniques make the biggest impact? Do you wonder if what you're doing is best for them? Can you make a difference or is it up to the schools or who they 'hang with'? Should you be tough or their best friend? Learn By Experiences has a 3 step approach to improving your family.
  1. Assess how your family is functioning compared to other families by creating a 'Family Profile'.
  2. Analyze the way your family functions compared to the way families function that have good verses bad results.
  3. Prepare a 'Goal List' to improve 'behaviors' within your family.
Family Profiles need to be named so you can save and retrieve them. Over time you may wish to create one for each child or teen.
Enter Family Profile
There are many questions and you don't need to answer them all. Truthfully answer the ones that appear relevant to your family.

Simply click on the rating line and you will be told what others people's average answer was. The next step will allow you to Analyze those answers.
Analyzing Families
Find a topic or question that interests you and compare the families that answered it high to the families that answered low.

For example compare 'Moms that snoop into their teens stuff' to 'Moms that are best friends to their teen' and see whose teens are doing better in school. There are 1000's of combinations to learn from.
Family Goal Lists
Profiles can be used for 'Goal Lists'. Printing or viewing online with your family or teen may be a very good technique to improve communications.

Answer only the questions you want to track as goals (too many goals may be overwhelming). Make sure some of the goals are for the parents
